 Effective January 1, 2008, U.S. Patriot Lite will apply luminaire disconnect pushwire connectors to all linear fluorescent lighting fixtures in compliance with the new NEC 410.73 (G) and CEC 30-308 (4) requirements for non-residential wiring of luminaires with ballasts. The new NEC requirements will provide an electrical disconnect for safe servicing of fixtures and ballasts - without exposure to electrical shock.
